She is both the Company Secretary at Twigg Associates Limited and also works at senior management level within the health and fitness industry.

Sarah is an experienced Project Management Professional (Prince 2 Practitioner Certified) as well as holding a Masters Degree in Business Administration, which makes her both the first point of call for structuring and managing our outsource contracts as well as managing the commercial affairs of the professional network.

As well as being a commercially focussed professional, Sarah is also a Registered Fitness Practitioner. When she isn't in the office, she regularly teaches spinning and cardio vascular fitness classes and is also a Karate black belt. 

Sarah moved back to the UK in 2006 after 5 years in Australia where she worked at management level with LivingWell, developing its pan Australasian business.
